Pause and Remember – 6/15/2012

On Friday, I pause and remember a single moment from the past week – inspired by The Warden’s Log.

My daughters visited the Roycroft Museum and gift shop in East Aurora, NY, on vacation and this is what they brought back to me.  They definitely know what I like.

  1. They do! Isn’t it great to receive things you can fall in love with? I definitely like the Quilters, but the sketch draws one in. Is that watercolor?

  2. Nice gifts!!! I live about 45 minutes from East Aurora but have only been to the museum once or twice. Did your daughters visit Viddlers or either of the 2 quilt stores?

    1. My daughters aren’t quilters – if I had been along, I would have definitely wanted to visit the quilt stores. Lillian

    2. Yes, we did visit Viddlers! it made me both nostalgic and wishing we had a store like that near us. Our Woolworth’s was great when I was a kid, but nothing like THAT!
