On Friday, I pause and remember a single moment from the past week.
Having fun at the Cracker Barrel Restaurant with great-grandson Isaiah.

What a great photo! The look on his face! It says, “I love you, Grandma!”
Did you make that vest or sweater you’re wearing? It looks like a pretty quilted one.

It’s a quilted jacket, one of my first quilted projects. I used an old shirt of my daughter’s for the sleeves and an old fleece blanket for lining, thinking it might not turn out right, and here I am 15 years later still wearing it.

What a great idea! I love the sleeves and the fleece inside must make it so much warmer and softer!
